Care Instructions & Repair Service
Care Instructions
Please avoid exposing the jewelry to chemicals such as hairspray and lotions.
The jewelry should be stored in its own box to protect it from direct sunlight and moisture.
Jewelry does not withstand prolonged exposure to heat and moisture, so please do not swim, sauna, or bathe while wearing it.
The jewelry is sewn using monofilament beading thread; please do not store it in direct sunlight for extended periods or expose it to chlorinated water.
Remove the jewelry before sleeping or exercising. If the jewelry is subjected to excessive stress, it may get scratched, and the metal parts could become bent or even break.
Be cautious not to drop the jewelry, as glass beads may break.
If the jewelry becomes dirty, it can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth and then dried.
Metal parts may tarnish over time. This is normal and part of the material’s nature. Tarnishing is influenced by skin pH, storage conditions, as well as exposure to moisture, sweat, and cosmetics.
Repair Service
Florette Project’s jewelry is crafted with great care, but if the jewelry is damaged, it may be repairable. Florette Project offers a repair service for this purpose. Please note that beads from recycled materials or clearance sales may no longer be available, which could affect how repairs can be made. If there is a clear manufacturing defect in the metal part, we will replace it with a new one at no additional cost. Please be aware that natural tarnishing of metal parts over time is not considered a manufacturing defect. The cost of repairs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and the sender (customer - Florette project) will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the repair. Requests for repairs can be sent to the Florette projects email info@floretteproject.com.
