We are not responsible for any misunderstandings resulting from language barriers or other comprehension issues. If the customer does not understand the terms or other store information, they should contact us before making a purchase.
Ordering
Florette Project sells products to adult private individuals. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Florette Project currently ships products only to Finland and other EU countries. Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details provided during the order process are used solely for order delivery or resolving any issues that arise, unless otherwise specified. When ordering from the online store, you are expected to be familiar with and agree to the current delivery terms.
Payment and Payment Methods
Our payment service provider is Shopify payments.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Sending confirmation messages requires a correctly entered email address at the time of the order. Always check the contents of the order confirmation.
Products
We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the online store will exactly match the actual colors. The color of the products may vary due to screen settings or the device used.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We use Posti for shipping. Florette Project does not charge separate shipping fees. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returns/exchanges and any costs arising from undelivered packages. We send orders by registered mail.
Delivery Time
Our usual delivery times are 2-5 working days within Finland and 5-7 working days within the EU. Products are processed and packaged within one working day (24 hours) of the order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next working day. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from delays. Any deviations from delivery times will be notified on the online store’s homepage. We are also not responsible for the speed of services provided by third parties, such as Posti.
Right of Cancellation and Return Conditions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, according to consumer protection laws. Returned products must be in their original, unused condition. If a product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for depreciation. For hygiene reasons, please do not try on earrings if you plan to return them. Custom-made items cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for the costs of returns/exchanges. Please contact us by email (info@floretteproject.com) before returning or exchanging items.
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (unless we have already shipped the order), without delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method, and in any case, so that you do not incur any costs for the refund.
If the products have already been shipped before the cancellation notice is received, you must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice. In this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the canceled product. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period. The refund can be processed once we have received the returned products.
Unclaimed Packages
Failure to collect a package is not considered a return or cancellation. We will charge for the shipping costs incurred for unclaimed packages.
Problems
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, or if it does not meet your order, you must report the issue in writing to Florette Project’s email within 14 days. If the package is visibly damaged during shipping, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company.
